Can I walk in without a booking?
Yes — our door is always open. But during peak hours you may wait 30–60 minutes. With a booking, your slot is reserved.
Is the booking free?
Yes. Booking and initial inspection are completely free. You only pay if you approve the repair.
Is same-day service guaranteed?
Standard repairs (screen, battery, software) are usually completed same day. Water damage or parts orders may take 1–3 business days — we tell you the exact ETA on WhatsApp.
Can I reschedule?
Of course. Message us on WhatsApp, we'll adjust the slot. No need to call to cancel either.
Coming from out of town — should I contact first?
Strongly recommended. We may not have the part in stock; if we know in advance we'll prep it. We also offer free return shipping to out-of-city tourists.
