How long does a repair take?
Standard screen and battery replacements are usually completed in 30 minutes to 2 hours and returned the same day.
Motherboard repairs, water damage and parts orders may take 1-3 business days. Let us know if you're a traveler on a tight schedule — we prioritize tourists.
What does the warranty cover and how do I get the document?
All repairs include a 3-month parts and labor warranty. We issue a written warranty document at pickup with your IMEI, the work performed, and the date.
If the same fault recurs within the warranty period we fix it free. Physical impact, water exposure or third-party opening voids the warranty.
Is my data safe during the repair?
For standard repairs — screen, battery, camera, charging port — your data is never touched and the phone is returned exactly as you handed it in.
Motherboard or water-damage repairs carry some risk. We recommend an iCloud or Google backup beforehand; if the device can't power on, we offer data-recovery options.
Is same-day repair possible?
Yes — screens and batteries for popular models (iPhone 11-15, Samsung S/A series, Xiaomi Redmi) are in stock and fitted the same day.

Do you offer a free pre-repair diagnostic?
Yes. Bring the device in — we run a free technical check and give you a written quote.
If you decline the quote there's no charge and your device goes back to you untouched. No pressure to commit.
Can water-damaged phones be recovered?
In most cases yes — the sooner you bring it in, the better. Do not turn it on, do not charge it, get it to us immediately.
With ultrasonic cleaning our motherboard recovery rate is around 70%. Fresh water, salt water, alcohol and soda each need different treatment; the initial check is free.
Do you do motherboard (logic board) repairs?
Yes. For not-charging, not-powering-on, no-signal and dead-touch faults we perform component-level repair under microscope.
Turnaround is 1-3 days. If the board can't be saved you pay nothing, and we can offer a fair price for the device as-is.
Do you take a backup before the repair?
If the device powers on and you can unlock it, we'll help you run an iCloud or Google backup yourself on request.
We never learn your passcode — you start the backup, we just guide you through the steps. Your privacy matters.
Which device brands do you repair?
iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, Realme, OnePlus, Google Pixel, Sony, LG plus MacBook, iPad and other tablets. Foldables (Z Fold/Flip) included.
If your brand isn't listed just ask on WhatsApp — we can usually source parts.
How do you tell if it's a charging port or battery problem?
During the free diagnostic we check battery health, charging-IC current draw and the cable/port condition. Many "battery" complaints turn out to be a dirty port or a bad cable.
We never push an unnecessary battery swap — sometimes a small port cleaning solves it.
Will Face ID still work after my iPhone repair?
Yes. When the screen is replaced while preserving your original Face ID module, Face ID works fully. The sensor flex from your original part is transferred to the new screen.
If the sensors are damaged by water or impact, we inform you before starting.
Do you use original parts?
Three tiers: (1) Pulled Original — genuine part harvested from another device, (2) OEM Grade A — original-quality aftermarket, (3) Economy Grade B.
We confirm your choice before repair. All tiers include a 3-month parts and labor warranty.
Will repairing void my Apple Care?
Repairs outside Apple's authorized service void the remaining Apple warranty — we tell you this upfront.
In return we provide a 90-day ON-OFF GSM warranty, and your iCloud and IMEI records are unaffected.
Do you repair Samsung foldables (Z Fold / Z Flip)?
Yes. We replace inner AMOLED panels, outer cover screens, hinges and the flexible protective film.
Foldable parts are expensive and lead time can be 2-5 days; share your model on WhatsApp for an accurate quote.
Does Xiaomi/Redmi MIUI complain after a screen replacement?
No. With proper calibration and OEM-grade panels MIUI/HyperOS shows no warnings; Always-on Display, fingerprint and touch all work correctly.
Cheap panels cause color shift and touch lag — we don't use those.
Can you install WhatsApp and apps on Huawei without Google services?
Yes. We safely install WhatsApp, social media and banking apps via AppGallery, Petal Search and official APK sources.
We avoid risky sources during setup; one-time in-store help is free.
Do you repair MacBooks?
Yes. Keyboard, battery, screen, trackpad, logic-board liquid damage, SSD upgrade and macOS issues.
M1/M2/M3 series included — some parts need ordering, with a 2-5 day turnaround.
I bought a phone in China without global ROM — can you flash it to Turkish/English?
For most Xiaomi, Realme and Oppo devices we can flash a global ROM with Turkish/English and Google Play. Takes 30-60 minutes.
Bootloader unlock may be required and can affect manufacturer warranty — we'll walk you through the trade-offs.
How fast is e-SIM activation?
Bring your passport and a compatible phone — you'll have working data in about 5 minutes.
We help you pick the right operator and package together; tourist plans cover Turkey for 7, 15 or 30 days.
How do I know if my phone supports e-SIM?
Most iPhones XS and newer, Samsung S20 and newer, Pixel 3 and newer, Huawei P40 and newer support e-SIM.
If you're unsure, check Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data for an "Add e-SIM" option — we can also verify in-store in under a minute.
What do I need for e-SIM activation?
Your passport (mandatory for international visitors) or ID (for Turkish citizens), an e-SIM compatible phone and cash/card payment.
Registration is done online with the carrier — no physical SIM. Your existing line and number remain untouched.
Which carriers do you work with?
All three Turkish carriers — Turkcell, Vodafone and Türk Telekom — are available in-store. We help you pick the best signal and speed for your area (Kuşadası center, Davutlar, Güzelçamlı, etc.).
For tourist plans Vodafone and Turkcell usually offer the best coverage.
Can I still use / receive calls on my old number?
Yes. We add the Turkish e-SIM as a secondary line; your home-country line stays active as the primary.
WhatsApp continues to work on your original number. To make calls on the Turkish line, switch with one tap in your phone's settings.
Are there 5G plans?
Commercial 5G isn't widely available in Turkey yet — limited pilot areas as of mid-2026. Current plans run on 4.5G; in Kuşadası we typically see 100-200 Mbps download.
Once 5G launches your e-SIM will be supported without a SIM change.
How do I sell a used device to you?
Bring your device in — we do a free expertise check covering technical, cosmetic and functional tests (15-30 minutes).
If the price suits you we pay in cash on the spot. No need to shop around.
What do you check on a used device?
Battery health, screen (burn-in, scratches, dead pixels), camera (dust, autofocus), charging port, speakers/microphone, sensors, IMEI status and software version.
For Apple we verify iCloud lock; for Samsung, Knox and FRP status.
Is there a warranty when buying a used device?
Yes — every used device from us comes with a 1-month full warranty and 3-month parts warranty. You receive a written test report and device history.
You have a 7-day return/exchange right; if something goes wrong we offer a replacement or refund.
Can I trade in my old phone toward a new one?
Yes. We appraise your old device, set a cash value and deduct it from the price of a new or used phone.
If the price difference is zero, it's a straight swap — upgrading often costs less out-of-pocket than expected.
Is the expertise check paid?
No — the expertise check is completely free and non-binding. You're under no obligation to accept our offer.
No appointment needed, but Saturday afternoons can get busy; a WhatsApp ping gets you priority.
What are your hours? Are you open Sunday?
Monday - Saturday 09:00 - 21:00. Closed Sundays.
For public holidays check on WhatsApp +90 552 221 49 94 — during peak tourist season we sometimes open Sundays as well.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome; diagnostics and simple repairs are usually handled on the spot.
For complex jobs or rare-model parts, a WhatsApp heads-up beforehand eliminates wait time.
Can I ship my device from out of town?
Yes. You can ship your device from anywhere in Turkey — return shipping is on us.

Do you offer support in foreign languages?
Fluent Turkish and English — tourists' daily tech needs are handled comfortably.
Basic German and Russian conversation is possible; translation apps cover the rest. "No question is too small."
Where are you located and is it easy to reach?
Central Kuşadası, walking distance to the beach and the cruise port. Parking nearby, with taxi and dolmuş stops 2 minutes away.

Are you open on public holidays (Bayram, New Year)?
On the first day of major holidays we're usually closed; second and third days run limited hours.
During the summer tourist season (June-September) we stay open through holidays. Confirm on WhatsApp — for urgent repairs we can open by request.
